The snowstorms of Feb 2025 finally convinced us that we needed an ATV with a plow. We didnt know anything about ATVs or plowing with one, a quick search for a shop on the phone landed us at Basecamp Gallatin. We met our salesman, Ross T., who quickly discerned which machine would suit both of us (a couple in their 60s, who still want to have fun as well as get the driveway plowed) - a Polaris Sportsman Touring 570. Our new machines winch was fitted with a plow and ready for us within 24 hrs. After a tutorial on our machine, we brought it home and set about clearing the driveway and promptly jammed up the winch. Next morning, we called Basecamp to see if would they hopefully find time to help us get the winch working again. When Ross answered, he suggested that he come out, thereby saving us a haul back into town. He arrived quickly and spent a couple of hours with husband sorting out the mess we made of the winch. By the time he left, the machine and plow were working splendidly and we had a much better idea of how to get plowing done! We really appreciate that Ross went out of his way to help us. Basecamp Gallatin is super lucky to have such a caring salesperson! Additionally, allowing Ross to deliver such personalized service is a real credit to Basecamp Gallatin.
